Dr. Myoung-Ok Kwon joins Nextech Venture
Nextech Venture Ltd. is happy to announce that Dr. Myoung-Ok Kwon will join the team as a partner by February 2007. Ms. Kwon has obtained scientific training in genomics, virology, molecular genetics from Korea, USA, Singapore, and Switzerland. At Novartis International she was responsible as a senior research planner and scientific assistant to the Head of Corporate Research for research portfolio management, strategy development, research policy, project management, and liaison of external academic collaborations, and she was also in charge of internal and external communications for corporate research related affairs. She has broadened skills in data analysis and interpretation, troubleshooting, decision-making, and planning in a team- and result-oriented pharmaceutical setting. Furthermore, she gained large exposure to multi-cultural environments, especially in emerging growth markets which allowed her to build a global network. Ms. Kwon holds a Ph.D. from the University of Basel, Switzerland. We are all looking forward to work successfully with Dr. Kwon.
